Photo Checklist
Take a full photo of the old part from the front, side and back if possible.
For pumps, motors, sensors and valves, take a close photo of labels, casting marks or nameplates.
Take a wider photo showing where the part is installed on the machine.
By Part Type
| Hydraulic Parts | Nameplate, port layout, hose connection and installed position. |

| Electrical Parts | Plug shape, pin count, label, fault code and installation photo. |
| Undercarriage | Side photo, dimensions, track shoe width, link count and old part wear pattern. |
| Engine Parts | Old part number, engine model, label photo and machine nameplate. |
Common Mistakes
A close-up without installation context can make it hard to identify the part family.
If the label is blurry, retake the photo with better light and focus on the number.
Even good photos should be sent with machine brand, model and serial number if possible.
Combine photos with model, part number, quantity and destination.
