Undercarriage Maintenance Parts Checklist
A complete undercarriage inspection and sourcing checklist for construction, quarry and mining excavators.

Inspect the undercarriage as a complete wear system, not one visible failed part. Record track tension, roller and idler wear, sprocket teeth, chain pitch and bushing condition, shoe width, alignment and operating environment on both sides. Send the full machine model, serial number, photos, measurements and required scope—single part, one-side set, full-machine set or fleet stock.
Inspect both sides as one wear system
Track chains, rollers, idlers and sprockets wear together. Replacing one component against heavily worn mating components can shorten service life and make the original cause harder to see.
Compare left and right sides, photograph abnormal patterns and record track tension before adjustment.

Connect wear patterns to site conditions

Define the replacement and stock scope

Separate immediate repair, matched-system replacement and reserve stock in the RFQ. This helps compare complete-set and individual pricing without mixing priorities.
